Grown in the Aceh region in Northern Sumatra

Most Sumatran coffee is "wet-milled," meaning it is picked and and dried to a certain percentage, then run through the milling process to remove pulp and parchment before it is fully dried as most other coffees.

Wet milling is very unique to Sumatra and gives the coffee it's earthy and wood characteristics, and a bluish color to the green coffee.
